Since there are still no words to summarize this journey. I am turning to statistics to make a global image how what it’s been made of.
It’s going to take me a while to gather all the data i’m interested in and want to share. But i am excited about doing this project. It gives me an excuse to start digging in memories and recordings.
I think i want to calculate how many hours of live music i’ve heard, how many different beds i have slept in, the number of lakes, oceans and rivers i’ve seen, time spent in nature versus time in cities.. etc
I believe it will be an interesting exercice. Feel free to suggest a kind of stat i should input into my project.

Going in the middle of the night wasn’t a bad idea. We had the place to ourselves and the walk through dark woods at dusk and dawn was fabulous. Besides the murder scene look of things with wax candles drips and burnt graffitis, Bagby is a wonderland. I spent about an hour floating, relaxing and falling in and out of sleep in a steamy hollowed tree trunk/ tub, staring at a clear, almost-full-moon, sky.
Best of it all? It’s free. Thank you mother nature!
